Hotel Policies

Check-in is from 15:00 pm, while check-out is until 11:00 am.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the hotel’s availability. In some cases, additional charges may apply. We request that guests provide us with an estimated time of arrival and departure in advance so we can do our best to ensure the suite is ready.

AVAIA Boutique Hotel’s standard free cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified.

For cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date, up to 50% of the total reservation amount may be charged. In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the reservation amount.

We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and/or improvements to our website and third-party booking engines, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.

The charge may be completed either online at the time of booking or at the hotel upon arrival, depending on the type of reservation and the selected policy.

In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking, while the remaining balance is settled upon arrival or departure. AVAIA reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival.

Yes, AVAIA can arrange transfer services to and from the airport, as well as to other locations, depending on the guest’s needs. For more information or to book a transfer, you can contact our team prior to your arrival.

Yes, two rooms can be connected through an interconnecting door, creating a larger unified space of approximately 60 sqm. This option can accommodate up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, groups, or guests who prefer more space and comfort during their stay.

The rooftop is not yet open to visitors or guests, but it is expected to be available very soon. Once open, it will offer a beautiful relaxation area with a view, ideal for enjoying quiet moments during your stay.

AVAIA features a smart reception service that operates 24/7, offering flexibility and support to guests throughout the day. This allows visitors to enjoy a more comfortable and independent stay experience.

Yes, group bookings are available at AVAIA Boutique Hotel. For more information, please contact avaiachalkidiki@gmail.com. Bookings of 5+ rooms will be considered group bookings, whether booked directly or via a third party.
